Design Studio Assistant | Part-time
St. Margaret’s, West London

We’re looking for an experienced Design Studio Assistant to support our growing interior design studio. This role is ideal for someone who loves thoughtful, high-quality interiors and wants to be involved in projects from initial concept through to on-site completion.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Lead Designer and wider project team across residential and commercial projects

  • Organise and maintain our sample and product libraries

  • Assist with moodboards, SketchUp and Layout drawings, and project research

  • Coordinate supplier liaison, purchase orders, and client invoices

  • Manage diaries, schedule client meetings, and respond to new enquiries

  • Create and schedule social media and marketing content, including Houzz and other platforms

  • Help organise portfolio photo shoots and assist with on-site styling

  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and trades at all project stages

  • Contribute to studio upkeep and a calm, creative working environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum three years’ professional experience in any industry

  • Minimum one year’s experience in design, building, bathrooms or kitchen

  • Competent use of SketchUp, with a completed course or formal training

  • Confidence in learning new software and interest in using AI to improve workflows

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident phone and video manner

  • Organised, diligent, and proactive with excellent diary management

  • Empathetic, intuitive, and able to build strong relationships with clients and partners

  • A creative and commercial mindset, with a positive, solution-focused attitude

What We Offer:

  • £12,500–£18,000 per annum, depending on hours and experience

  • Part-time role, 15–20 hours per week (with potential to increase)

Interior Designer Full-time | Richmond, London


We're seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on residential and commercial projects from concept through to completion, collaborating with clients who value thoughtful, personalised design.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop design concepts and detailed specifications for residential interiors

  • Create presentations, mood boards, and technical drawings

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle

  • Contribute to all project phases from initial consultation to final styling

  • Support the team with material sourcing, FF&E selection, and site visits


What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in residential interior design

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong understanding of building regulations and construction processes

  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence

  • A collaborative spirit and genuine passion for creating homes that reflect our clients' lives
